Hi,

My name is Mr. Silverstein.  I am the PE Teacher at Hillsboro-Deering Elementary School.  Even though this is only my second year at HDES, I have been teaching Physical Education for about 20 years now.  I chose to be a physical education teacher because I really enjoy learning and participating in various physical activities. I hope to introduce the students to numerous physical activities, so they can love them too. My goal is to help students appreciate and enjoy physical activities throughout their entire lives.
